🕹️ Compatibility:

• Konami games: The official e-amusement network (sometimes abbreviated eAmuse) and elsewhere
• SEGA, Namco, most other games: Everywhere but the official networks. (If you're not in Asia or are a certain Japanese arcade chain, these will work for you on those games.)
• TAITO: Incompatible. (This includes Groove Coaster - sorry!)

🖨️ Instructions on how to purchase:

1. Get your custom designs ready. Make sure it is appropriately sized for an 85.5mm x 54mm canvas. Up to 1.5mm of your design may get cut off on all four sides - please design your artwork accordingly. Consider whether you would want a separate design for each side of the card, the same design on both sides, or one side to be blank.
   
2. Send it to us in any of the following formats: .CDR; .AI; .PDF; .PSD; .EPS. You can upload it to a file sharing service (we love file.io) and put the link in your order notes or reply to your order confirmation email with your files attached.
   

• Vector drawings are preferred. If your artwork is in bitmap format (i.e. an image), please ensure it is at 600ppi resolution for maximum possible printing quality.

• If your design is not in any of the above formats, we can still work with it! Please contact us via our form or via live chat for further assistance.

3. Give us 10 days to print your order and ship it. If you do not receive a tracking number before that time, please feel free to reach out to us for more information.

4. Wait for your order to arrive and enjoy!

🚚 Shipping:

All cards are printed and shipped from Asia for free via an express service (DHL Express or similar.) If you have any concerns or preferences relating to shipping carriers or customs clearance, please let us know!
